Rash/Burn on Right Cheek

This started from a small spot on my right cheek and has progressively gotten bigger over the last week. At first I thought this was a Nair accident as I had been using it on my upper back and thought I got some on my face, however, this does not seem like the case.

I used bacitracin first without improvement (think it made it worse) and aquaphor that didn’t seem to help it much either. I went to urgent care where they prescribed Keflex and thought it could be impetigo. Any thoughts? There is some yellow crusting that I see and it is burning a little bit.
