small white discoloration near mouth

24 female. No existing skin issues.
This small whitish spot has been on my face for a year or so, but someone else other than me noticed it for the first time the other day so I’m wondering if it’s something to be concerned about. It doesn’t itch, it isn’t raised, no bumps, nowhere else on my face.
any ideas? Thanks!
