19 male red blotchy skin what appears to be bites

Started showing up within the last I’d say 2-3 weeks but seem to crop up at random. never on my torso or face and are uncommon on my arms. Very common on my legs. There are spots which appear to be bug bites which get very itchy (leading to me scratching them open sometimes). I can rule out bed bugs because I have checked my bedding and other furnishings for them and I don’t have any.
