Scalp problems

So a little over a year ago I caught mono and afterwards I started having bad scalp pain. I would get really bad dandruff and bumps on my scalp. My hair started thinning on the front right and left of my scalp and my hairline pushed back a little more than an inch now. Also I have hair fall out everytime my hair gets moved. I went to a derm and he just keeps prescribing clobetasol and a shampoo but its not stopping the hair loss or the pain and I don’t know what to do
