What is this?

For about a span of a year, I used to to get these all over my body. One day, after using some topical corticosteroid, they went away. I just got a new one after about 5 years. I am wondering what it is?

I’m not a dermatologist but this looks like a staph infection to me. The one on your thigh is very concerning. I would see a doctor ASAP, you’ll likely need a round of antibiotics and topical mupirocin
