Skin Rash

I’ve had this skin rash for about 15 years. It clears up at times but never fully goes away. It doesn’t respond to any treatment. I’ve tried over the counter lotions, creams and ointments, prescription steroids and non steroids. Also changed all my soaps, lotions, deodorant and detergents to scent-free, dye free and metal/sulfate free.
