Are these genital warts? Haven’t been sexually active in months went to the gynecologist back in February and gave pills for my bacterial vaginosis these bumps were not there before. Used the vaginal detox pearls and they came overnight and it was really bad but nothing on the outside of my vaginal wall anywhere else on my body then they went away mysteriously and now for some strange reason they’re back
