Finger swollen and painful after skin picking

I’ve been having a bad dermatollomania flair up due to my OCD. One of my fingers (one I’ve actually been picking at less!) is now swollen and has low-level constant pain. The pain becomes worse if I apply pressure.
Has anyone had similar problems? I’m not sure what to do. I’ve never had this happen before.
