When I sent this package out, I checked with the person at the desk and they said it would be fine, I do see this as my fault but I’m not sure how to do them justice, the size was clearly listed on the pants, and they didn’t ask about measurements. I’m just not sure how to approach this. Any suggestions?
Sorry wasn’t trying to sound like a dick. My depop - sold items - click the item - refund sale.
I believe you can just send them a return label, tbh I’ve never had an item returned so I’m not 100 % on that, only had to handle the refund portion. I’m sure someone here will know lol

Why do they need to even start a claim though? It was your mistake, just own it and refund them!
