I cannot figure out how to change my shipping method in settings from “Depop Shipping” to “Other”. I’ve provided a photo screenshot showing that the only option is through Depop. I’m frustrated because I see on other friends accounts that they have the option, but it doesn’t show up for me. I’ve been messaging with Depop via email for a day now and they were not answering my question, but then they just told me that other is not an option at all. Why did they do that? Other people can ship with their own method, what is the problem on my end??? I tried everything possible, updating my devices, updating apps, deleting and redownloading, I even made a new account with a different phone number and it STILL doesn’t give me the option. I’m just confused and I want to make shipping as cheap as possible. Has anyone else had this same problem? I have no idea what to do next.
