So almost a month ago I ordered a shirt from a seller that makes custom prints, the seller wasn't sketchy or anything they had over 1,000 sales and I scrolled and found no reviews under 4 stars. So I didn't think I would have any problems but then this situation unfolds, I don't know how else to explain it so I'll make a timeline of events

January 21st- I order the shirt

January 29th- the shirt is marked as shipped but the payment is partially refunded, I ask the seller why and they said they refunded all orders that were late

February 8th- the seller then tells me they just shipped the item today, a tracking number was created.

February 10th- I ask the seller if the shirt has been shipped just to confirm (no response)

February 14th- I ask again (no response)

February 17th- I ask again (no response)

I can see that the seller is active and posting new listings and people are leaving reviews claiming to have received orders, what should I do?
