So I’ve been dealing with depersonalization since I was 18. Didn’t start getting really bad until Covid hit and of course the lockdown freaked me out. But I’ve found hangovers make this happen too. Depersonalization is one of the most gut wrenching experiences. So here I am, hungover on Christmas Eve, shaking and crying because I’m terrified. Give me ideas to help with this please
