Trigger warning, suicidal ideation

This might be a sensitive question but does anyone have passive suicidal ideation? This all started for me during a traumatic hospitalization through alcohol withdrawal. I feel like im on another planet compared to anyone else. My DR is worse than my DP. And does anyone ever get overwhelming feelings like they're going to lose their mind. This is absolute torture. I started prozac 20mg and im coming close to two weeks, so not long enough to see if it works quite yet. Im so lost and concerned.
