So I figured this would be a good place to post this and get other peopleās opinions, this is something Iāve been dealing with for most of my life, I first started noticing it when I was about 7 or so and I am now 26. Iāve had quite a few bad patches where i would go for days or even weeks feeling like I wasnāt myself. As Iāve gotten older and more aware and finally started to better understand my symptoms and manage them more effectively they havenāt been as severe. However more recently due to stress Iāve been having more frequent episodes which have taken a toll on my relationship. Does anyone out there have any advice in regards to helping my partner understand and help me through those periods as well as advice to help me be more āpresentā and empathetic when Iām feeling distant and unemotional towards him? Any advice would be very helpful, thank you for reading!
