I ordered 50 small Pride flags, and wore gloves while assembling them (putting flag poles in flags). I was going to wear gloves while handing them out as well. So that takes care of any COVID concerns. But my other concern is offending those who the protests are about. I’m not a person of color but my rights as someone in the LGBT community are what they are because of the work of African American trans women who fought for my future. But I recognize that these protests are not about me in the slightest so I’m just looking for a little advice. I can always leave the flags at home for another time. Thanks y’all!
