Renting in Denver Area, any management property recommendations?

As I’m sure almost everyone here is aware of the rental market to some extent. We’re looking for a house to rent, nothing crazy just want something in the 1000-1100ish sqft range to move in early next year (February).

Some of the fees these places charge are RIDICULOUS. Does anyone have any recommendations for either renting by owner or a good property management company that does screw you over on fees, etc? Any referrals or ideas would be greatly appreciated. We’re moving from out of state (East Coast) so very new to the area.
