What value would you put on a garage spot in Cap hill?

Came to Denver without ever visiting the area so I rented my apt sight unseen. It included a garage spot and I didn’t realize how great that was until I moved here and saw that it’s mostly street parking around here. I feel like my rent is a bit high (who doesn’t) but try to talk myself into thinking I can count $100-150 for the spot. Curious what kind of value others would put on it?
