I need someone to take over my lease starting February. The lease is Starting 1st of February and ending at the end of July.
Jerry is an awesome landlord BTW.
-Upsides:
- you have your choice of internet provider (internet sold separately)
2.you are less than 15 mins from the square when walking
2 mins from fry when walking
2 mins away from UNT campus by walking
The apt is on the ground floor so you have a front and rear exit, and a tiny backyard space that has a fence that can lock, so you will be able to safely store a bike.
It's 350~ sqft with an actual kitchen and living space so it's not a studio.
Onsite coin laundry.
free covered parking in back.
Downsides:
- The apartment complex outside doesn't look that great.
- The laundry isn't in unit.
- The towing company are jerks,
but Jerry gives you a guest pass to use. Also if you really wanna have a dinner party just have people parallel park across the street.
- It's 350 square feet. I did a lot with it though.
