Jerry is awesome, seriously.

I have lived here for two and a half years and the only reason I am moving is because I got a job in Richardson and the 1hr commute is killing me.

-It's a 1bd 1ba apt for 750/mo UTILITIES INCLUDED.

The lease is Starting at the end of December and ending at the end of July.

yes you read that right, no, it is not a scam.

-Upsides:

1. you have your choice of internet provider (internet sold separately)

2.you are less than 15 mins from the square when walking

1. 5 mins from fry when walking

2. 20 mins away from campus by walking

3. The apt is on the ground floor so you have a front and rear exit, and a tiny backyard space that has a fence that can lock, so you will be able to safely store a bike.

4. It's 350~ sqft with an actual kitchen and living space so it's not a studio.

5. Onsite coin laundry.

6. free covered parking in back.

Downsides:

1. The apartment complex outside doesn't look that great.
2. The laundry isn't in unit.
3. The towing company are jerks,

but Jerry gives you a guest pass to use. Also if you really wanna have a dinner party just have people parallel park across the street.
