Vietnamese Tutor?

I grew up in an area with a high concentration of Vietnamese neighbors and I have a lot of fond memories of this. I would like to show my appreciation by learning the language. Does anyone know how to find a tutor that specifically teaches southern Vietnamese?
Iām not currently looking to become proficient right now, learning basics and manners. Nothing complicated.
