A piece of my molar fell off

I’ve had some pain on this specific tooth where I couldn’t apply pressure while eating for a couple weeks now. Fast forward to today I was eating a piece of bread and I heard a pop, I took out what now was a piece of my molar. I no longer have pain on that side anymore but I’m worried about it. My dental insurance doesn’t kick in till Nov 1 thankfully. Thoughts?
