Help dentist took out a tooth that I didn't want

So I have a giant hole in my molar and it hurts. I want it extracted. The tooth in front of it the dentist said that was showing decay too and might need a root canal. I said that I wanted that molar tooth extracted. They instead scheduled the tooth in front of it to be extracted. So I went for the extraction thinking that the molar was coming out. They instead extract the tooth in front of it leaving the painful molar tooth behind what can I do
