I'm looking for something that I used when I was really little that my dentist gave me to help me (well, mostly my parents) learn how to brush my teeth. They are chewable colored tablets that stick to the plaque and don't go away until you successfully brush it all off. I haven't used them since I was 5, though, and my brushing habits were totally wrong for years after that.
I just re-learned how to brush my teeth properly a few years ago. I'm still doubting myself on my brushing method, even though I've demonstrated it to my hygienist and she said I was doing ok. I feel like I'm missing stuff. Also, my husband brushes his teeth horizontally instead of at an angle so I'm hoping that these will show him the spots that he is missing.

Is this what I'm looking for? And is it ok to use as an adult or is it just for kids?
