So it’s my first year working in a public hospital, and here i realized that extraction is the most common requirement for patients..Personally i dont like doing extractions at all, and i havent done many of them(maybe 60-70 since i graduated) I didn’t read a lot about it nor did i try to shadow someone because the times i worked in private clinics i was always a pedodontist(thats what i like best and what i’m good at) But now being employed in a public hospital i have to do every kind of work..but i don’t really like extractions nor am i good at it What would you fellow dentists advice me to do? Refer the cases to a colleague in the same hospital who enjoys extractions? Or i should try my best to get better at them?
