What do you think of this partnership offer?

Some background, I’m an associate that got offered a buy in opportunity at my current practice.

I’d appreciate it if I can get some eyes on these numbers, what you think, and any advice. I’m talking with my CPA soon, but want some dentist eyes on this as well, more info the better.

Currently on pace for 2m collections this year, last year 1.55m as the associate. Office on pace for 4m, last year 3.25m.

My other option… leave and do a start up.
