Impacted Wisdom tooth

Hi! Napabunot ko na 2 yrs ago yung right side. It costs me 8k. Then last year, 2024 nagsimula na lumabas yung nasa left side ko. Sabi ng dentist, around 12k ang magagastos ko.
Meron po ba dito na may mas mura? Syempre yung safe at hygienic pa din. Preferably Rizal area or Marikina
Also, normal ba na until now parang feeling ko, "nangangawit" yung right side ko sa may part ng dating binunot na wisdom tooth?
