My teeth and gums are extra sensitive after routine dental cleaning?

Post Body

I went for a regular 6 month clean, and I noticed that after the appt my teeth were temperature sensitive and it was sensitive when I brushed them before bed that same day… I never have any sensitivity whatsoever. I don’t have gingivitis or anything like that. I also noticed I had tiny red dots in the corners of my gums throughout my mouth - also something I’ve never noticed before after a cleaning . Could it be she was too aggressive or is this normal?

Comments

That is fairly normal. The sensitivity should subside over the next few days. Keep up with the brushing and flossing so the gums don't get inflamed.
