Is Biotene Dry Mouth mouthwash alkaline?

I’m trying to find a good mouthwash that doesn’t cost a fortune (I’m homeless in temporary accommodation, so I can’t afford much), but I live in the UK and a lot of the alkaline mouthwashes are extremely expensive because they’re imported in. I’ve seen this mouthwash for a decent price and I was wondering if it was a good alkaline mouthwash? Thanks for any advice.
