I applied for the dental hygiene last May and I didn’t get in. I’m a perfectionist and I’m feeling very discouraged. I have Bs in my science classes but they tend to be very hard for me. I’ve been wanting to be a hygienist for many years and I know I’d be a a really good one. I just want the chance to prove it. My teas exam was 69 and I know I have to work on it so I’m studying and trying to get a better score but I get test anxiety and sitting for 4 hrs makes me even more nervous. Anyways, like I said I’m feeling discouraged but have any of you not gotten in ur first year? Or even second? I need some motivation cuz my current situation is hard and I would really like to to be a hygienist to help othersand help support my family. (Sorry for the rant) lol
