So I've been meditating for maybe a month, trying to meet my spirit guide/s and I was lucid dreaming, heard the guided meditation say welcome your spirit guides, I did, then felt this rush of energy inside me like my body was buzzing. It felt really great, not like a violation and I was seeing patterns and colour swirls. ( I don't drink or use drugs) Anyway my dream shifted to a darker turn, I saw a manlike figure, like a soldier from ww2 and he said if you don't kill me I won't kill you. So I passed him by then saw a naked woman, and killed her by stabbing her in the neck then stomach. Random dreaming? Combination? I'm not a violent man and rembet feeling remorse after it and carrying the woman. Anyway, just thought I'd share and hear some input. Thanks.
