Giyuu Tomioka Denim Jacket

So I recently acquired a Levi's denim jacket and I thought the back panel would look great with the pattern off of Tomioka's haori.
Does anyone have any ideas on how I could go about doing this? Painting seems like the obvious first option, but I'm not super dextrous, maybe a patch big enough? Or maybe some sort of printing? If anyone has any ideas please drop them in the comments 🙏
