Is there any other manga that comes close to this one when it comes to world building and writing interesting characters?

The only one I can think of is Assassination Classroom but already watched the anime a long time ago. Hero Academia well...not the ending I was looking for. Something recent with school academy setting maybe with a big cast? I dont mind if it only has 1 chapter or 2 lol.
