I think that we will have multiple party members but we will not have a choice on who at what time.

Things like befriending Lancer, the ever growing support for Noelle, and the fact that our Soul has been shown to be able to be removed as well as follow other characters (Susie's temporary solo story portion) gives me the impression that we will not be sticking with the same three cast members all the time.
I also think that it would be another good step towards the whole "you do not have a choice" theme that is currently being presented.
