Screen Mirror with Delta Emulator

Hello people,
I would like to Mirror my game play onto my big screen but still be able to record the game video with my phone with 'screen recording'.
Currently, I have an Iphone 13 hooked up with a HDMI cable to my TV. When I start the game the video plays on my TV, but my phone screen just says 'screen mirroring'. Is there a way for the gameplay to play both on my TV and phone.
I'm sure I left out some important info, so please let me know.

It’s not an issue as it’s working as intended. You would have to find a way to workout around screen mirroring/airplay and to find a way to share the screen as opposed to handing off the AV
