Dell XPS13 not charging from power adapter but can charge from power bank.

My Dell XPS 13 (9305) is not charging from the power adapter, but I can charge it fine from a powerbank. The power adapter is working fine and can charge my phone and other things with no issues, but won't charge my laptop. I have updated all drivers, Bios etc but nothing helped. Of course this happened one month after my warranty expired. Anyone had this issue or any ideas how to fix it?
