Dell XPS 15 7590 - getting warnings after factory resetting

Hey guys!
Recently I factory reset my laptop to get some space back, and ever since, these three warnings come up. Not sure what to do about them, they open on startup and they don’t return once you hit ‘OK’ until next time you restart or shut off up the laptop. I’ve factory reset twice now to see if they will be removed, but they have come back each time. Let me know if y’all have any idea on how to remove them.
