I bought an Inspiron 16 earlier this year, and while I've mostly loved it, there's been some issues with the fans. The fans used to run much too hot, except when closed where the fans would turn off despite the computer getting super hot (for some reason, even though it should have been in sleep mode). I fixed that by installing the Nvidia game ready driver for the GPU, but recently the fan has started doing this annoying pulsing thing where it keeps ramping up and down in speed twice a second going weeeooooeeeeooooeeeeeoooooeeeeoooo. Does anyone know the cause of this, and how to address it? I am currently on latest updates/drive/bios. For a supposedly premium product, the fan issues this machine have had have been egregious and baffling.
