Picking out a budget laptop for my mom who mostly needs to browse the internet and watch Netflix. I've been looking at the various Inspiron 15 on the Dell website for under $600. I then noticed this (https://www.bestbuy.com/site/dell-inspiron-15-6-fhd-touch-laptop-intel-core-i5-1035g1-8gb-ram-256-gb-ssd-black/6447114.p?skuId=6447114) which has the advantage of being able to pick it up locally tomorrow.
Since the specs aren't as crucial as general reliability, am I getting an inferior product buying from Best Buy? Am I short changing post-purchase customer service afterwards too much?
Finally, if I go direct from Dell, any versions of the 15 I should avoid or give preference to?
Thanks
