XPS 9500 sleep on linux?

I'm looking to get an xps 9500, but I've heard reports of sleep issues on linux. I used to own a 9570 which also had sleep issues but that could be fixed with the grub paramter mem_sleep_default=deep. Can the same thing be done on the 9500? Could anyone with 9500 running linux share their experience? Thanks!
