[Inspiron 7577]Are there places I can buy the bottom lid from?

From the Philippines.
I've accidentally snapped two of the plastic locks while I was cleaning the fans. I don't have any problems yet but I'm not waiting till something happens. The bottom part already seems loose.
If there are other suggestions to keep the lid firmly in place, I'm all ears.
