I got my dell XPS yesterday , I have amazon prime and Netflix premium , when I used the Microsoft edge app to play a 4K tv show “dark” it would just go black and wheel spin , I tried other videos without the 4K uhd and HDR signs and it worked . Last nite I looked and saw there where so many system updates that needed to be done , it took a long time. But today I went and tried again on both the Netflix app and edge browser and it worked . Problem is I don’t feel like it actually is 4K , doesn’t seem as sharp even tho it does have the signs indicating it is . My question is does having the 4k uhd sign guarantee that it’s playing in 4K , or is there another way of checking
