E5470 LCD Swap

I have a Latitude E5470 that was unfortunately ordered with the wrong LCD panel. It should have been ordered with the 1920x1080 screen, but was ordered with the 1366x768 option. The return period has passed, so it's probably easier to just swap the panel.
Does anyone know if I can just swap the LCD panel out for the 1080p one without changing anything else?
If anyone has a parts breakdown, I'd love to get the part number for the FHD (1080p) non-touchscreen LCD as well.
