Just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this, my XPS seems to freeze up for a few seconds every so often, to the point where I cannot enter anymore text, use key combos or move my mouse.
Things I have tried:
-Fresh install of Windows 10 (without Dell's utilities)
-Flashed the BIOS with the latest version
-Reinstalled the graphics drivers (HD630 and Nvidia)
-Updated the Thunderbolt firmware
-Reinstalled the Thunderbolt controller
-Reinstalled the HID Event driver
-Reinstalled the chipset driver
-Disabled the unimportant startup spam
-Decrapified Windows wrt telemetry, rogue apps etc.
Things I have checked:
-Machine is on AC power
-Machine is not overheating
-Machine only has a web browser running
Any insights to similar issues and fixes would be appreciated. I think next I might try the Realtek driver from Realtek's site as I noticed audio corrupts during the freezing, so maybe that could be part of the issue?
