Is this(the red tint) normal?

I recently got my laptop(dell G16) display unit replaced and after a lot of talks also got a replacement laptop today. I see a lot of difference in the tints of the shade I see when is screen tries to display black. Is this normal? Also I see some kind of bleed in the display. It doesn't interfere during regular usage though.
