Coat and availability of a new door?

Hi all, I have my eyes on a local L300 that looks to be in fairly decent shape. The only major issue is that the owner backed his truck into the passenger door and it’s not a minor dent but looks like some serious damage. It might be able to be pounded and sanded out, but if it needs to be replaced, are there spare doors out there, and if so, what would something like that cost?
