DMV Inspection

I can control all my windows on my driver side, every window works fine except my passenger window which doesn't go down. It still works from the actual passenger side button though. Will I need to get the driver side fixed for inspection or will it be okay since the passenger side still works? Thanks!
Update: Thank you everyone who responded! For some reason it started working on my way home from work tonight so hopefully it's okay.
