Must be human
Bots and fakes will NOT be tolerated. Since weeding out these types is an art rather than a science, if it quacks like a duck and looks like a duck: It's a duck! Also, being human is standing up for what's right, being nice and comfortable with freedom!
Remember, you're in control of your posts and history. Does your reddit profile/history look suspicious, then so something about it.
Must contain proper location flair.
All posts must have area flair to reference area, or writer's location.
This is based on the county level, so you can have enough anonymity to stay private, but this will allow bots and other fakers to be more easily identifiable (when you see a mountain in the background and you're wondering what mountain range that is on the eastern shore ๐คจ)
Must have relevance to area.
Posts must be relevant to the eastern side of the Bay, and southern region. If you're posting like you have a portal to travel time and space, you're going to be banned.
Reasonable limits on revenue generating content.
If you are a revenue content creator, you must be a real LOCAL, which must be clear from you reddit posts/profile in some obvious way prior to posting.
As a general rule:
Posting original new content no more than once a day, perfectly acceptable.
If you're doing more than that, and not having interactions on reddit (just steering all traffic to your $ site) then you might have some problems.
Shared house, be courteous to each other. Highly graphic content pictures as #2, also label.
This group is a place for all, both things you may want to see, and things you'd rather not. In the spirit of a shared space, and allowing freedom of expression, keep more graphic content pictures as #2 in photo lineups. Label doors and welcome people to enter or pass at will.
Information/General Posts: Must be relevant.
This rule is specific to any posts using flair "Information/General". Posts with this flair are subject to community scrutiny: Does it benefit, contribute and otherwise add to the sub? If its advertisement based, dry and uninviting...then the post may be removed (banned will ONLY occur IF a chronic violator, so warnings will always come first)
