I saw a comment talking about how hbo only bought seasons 1-14, taking next class out of the canon that will be created in 2023. I think this would be great as next class to me was mediocre at best. They could reference ( if even needed) the endings to characters in next class but I could see this happening due to one main reason. When u think of degrassi, you never ever think next class. Millions of views on YouTube for seasons and 1-7 and the crazy fall off into nExt class getting like 10 episodes per season.

I would have no problem with the new canon including everything from degrassi junior high to season 14, cutting out next class and summarizing it or cutting it entirely.
