K so idrk if I have a lot to say about this season despite how long it is

It’s decent tv, 30-45 is very filler to me tho, they could’ve sprinkled some of those episodes into season 12 because if 1-29 was just season 11 this could’ve been like a top 3 season because the story for the first half was TIGHT yk?

Bianca is such a tragic character I want nothing but great things with her. She and Drew really are soulmates, she like… SEES him??? It’s kinda crazy because it’s like… idk what exactly she sees but something about his soul, she really connects with and wants to protect. That’s a good woman from a bad situation. I do see why people get on Drew for dating her initially because while Bianca does apologize to Adam, that’s AFTER he’s already been with her the entire season 💀💀💀 maybe care about your little brother a bit more idk???

Idk why they keep telling us Adam is funny and not giving Adam funny lines it’s a little awkward..

DID THREE MONTHS MEAN NOTHING??? DID YOU FLIP A SWITCH AND ERASE ME FROM YOUR MEMORY??? IT TOOK YOU A YEAR!!! TO GET OVER YOUR EX, DID YOU EVER EVEN LOVE ME AT ALL??? Best moment ever 😂😂 tbh she’s so real for that, I can’t even talk about her cuz my dramatic ass would’ve been good for a moment like that when I was her age😭😭also the fact that Eli & Claire’s season 10 relationship occurred over the span of just 3 months is fucking JARRING?????

I hate you Imogen Moreno with all my heart. The manipulative stalker to “quirky drama kid” pipeline they tried to execute with Imogen & Eli needs to be studied because what the hell??? I think the reason Eli can get away with it and Imogen can’t is because the show focuses on Eli’s problems, fleshes them out, gets him help, and helps him grow, so while you certainly never forget the worst parts of his personality, as he begins to act differently you can still appreciate the best parts of him and grow to love a complex character. Imogen spends the first 30 episodes of season 11 emotionally manipulating Eli & (kinda) Clare and then by the last 15 episode stretch you’re just supposed to….. move on and root for her and Fiona??? It’s inconsistent characterization, she never takes any accountability, it’s only brought up again once and she’s told it wasn’t her fault and then they just flanderize tf out of her so that we all forget what she’s actually like. No, I don’t want her anywhere near my girl Fiona, she’s been through enough??????

Like I said in my last season review, Dave is a character with massive flaws, and they’re shown often. He’s not that good of a person, but when he’s shown in a positive light, he still feels like the same character. He’s dynamic. And that’s why I love his character and his concept. Again, does he suck???? Yeah sometimes, is that the point??? Also yes. He makes GOOD TV!! and he and Alli definitely give off power couple energy if they were to be together while adults like as fully developed people they’d be unstoppable. They’re so similar even tho they aren’t if that makes sense. I think they’re alike in their ambitions, the way they think, the way they see the world, the way they see each other, all the stuff that matters and they compliment each other aesthetically. Even their flaws are in the same vain, the hunger for popularity, the desperation; their good traits are similar too, they both crave to be original, they both need to be stimulated creatively and love a project. But also their interests and personalities are different, I feel like it’s a relationship where they’ll never be bored. Idk…. Idk they might be taking it. These two people just GET each other. That being said the whole jacinta thing was outrageous I feel sad for all involved.

Marisol & Katie are both terrible people 💀💀 I love Marisol so bad tho atleast she’s funny. Mo also isn’t great so they kinda work.

I love you Maya Matlin you will always be famous (she did nothing this season but it made her so happy to see her, Maya stan for life)

Zig hates Tristan I’m convinced 💀 he looks so irritated whenever he’s around and only puts up with him for Tori he’s so real

Drew also despises Marisol like LOL “how do I get rid of his crush” “just be yourself”

Also I love the horror movie spoof two parter it’s hilarious imo, Binca’s final girl era >>>>

Clare & Eli need to stay together and leave everyone else alone. Just stop bothering all the normal people with your psychosis and stay where you at????

Anya’s identity crisis was painfully in character unfortunately but I’m glad she decided to really look inward and work on herself, dating Owen is crazy asf, almost as crazy as taking cocaine but I’m proud she got through her issues and is seeking structure and individuality.

Tristan is genuinely awful, even a little bit in this season but he without a doubt has the second best delivered line in the season “you think I’m CAMPY???” 💀💀💀

Holly J coming back for the finale made me so happy i literally screamed I love her so much Holly J Sinclair you will always be famous

3 = 10 > 2 > 11 > 8 > 9 > 6 > 5 > 4 > 7 > 1

Almost put 8 above 11 just because of the last 15 episodes being basically useless imo but I think season 11 is iconic whereas season 8 isn’t as iconic. These two are subject to change tho and are the most likely seasons I’d go back to rewatch casually. Yk?
