Firstly, no this is not my first time watching luke cage, probably 5th or 6th i cant lie. But the more i watch it the more i realise how much Adrian Younge and Ali Shaheed Muhammad absolutely mastered the music scored in Luke Cage.
The music its self tells a story, people who are more sensitive to music and more accustomed, would notice there were many angles and different stories that each song could be trying to tell.
I was just wondering, what were some of your favourite songs featured in Luke Cage? If it has a scene that it correlates with, what is this scene? Also do you agree? If not, why?
